Lucky me, I was gifted with artistic hands. I won't deny the fact that because of these artistic hands, I was able to gain income and some profit. But what exactly is art? For me, I used to believe that art is more of job to be done. This was a belief I had way back since painting is my bread and butter. But as I mature, I have realized that every artwork that I make is a representation of my emotions. A symbol of me. Now, I make crafts not only as a living but as a passion.Link: The Two Facets of Every Craft Work (craft advice); Your

This Tennessee native had transplanted herself in LA and is now doing a lot of great work and enjoying herself. It is always refreshing to see an article or interview that highlights people like this. I understand you can't be negative in an article like this but still, even if it isn't all glitz and glamor as the article portrays, the smile on this woman's face in the photo can't be faked, she is really enjoying herselfLink: An Interview With 'Mad Men' Designer Bryant | News - Ad

Edward Estlin Cummings is probably one of the poetic geniuses that ever lived this earth. One of this most notable works was "Anyone Lived In A Pretty How Town." The piece is somewhat enigmatic for those who does not really know to analyze different meanings that it contains. Filled with a lot of pronouns like 'anyone,' or 'everyone,' made this piece sound differently but if you know what to substitute with them, you may get the message.Link: The Pronouns Behind Pretty How Town (literature); Creat

If you have been to any of Philadelphia's art galleries, you have probably seen their pale photograph displays and chances are, you mistook them for paintings because that's how they look. And when you realize that they are actually photos, meaning they actually exist, you can't help but be awed by them. They're amazing because they can create certain illusions. I guess that's also the same concept as those 3D images that have hidden visuals which could only be seen by discerning eyes matched with smart brains.Link: Galleries: Pale photographs that could easily pass for
