It is now very quiet this morning in Flower Mound Studio as, at midnight last night, entries had closed for the first Autumn Arts Painting Challenge that was held on Facebook. Besides the Halloween festivities that were being conducted in the neighborhood, of course.
My painters and contest coordinators were astounded to discover that there were over one thousand artists who signed up and there were over 920 entries for the very first contest. The goal was to get even beginning artists into the world of art.
Thinking about making a comment on this blog post? Great! But please remember that this space is for just that, comments about this blog post.
