Most of the greatest films that I've watched are not those that were produced in multiple locations, heavily budgeted, or features big names in the entertainment industry. Actually most of them are unknown to most, maybe because of poor marketing but they make more sense that some Hollywood movies. These are the movies by independent film- makers and directors. I only takes good ideas, good story lines, and maybe some good cast.
